The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach launched Eau Spa after a $30 million make-over.

N9 worked closely with the hotel's British owners to provide all of the Spa's identity for their launch. Stationery, maps, experience cards, website and advertising all followed over a 3 year period. Once all guidelines and stying were in place, we passed the collateral to the in-house team in the Florida.

The Spa continues to flourish.
